a rather sad comment that people are stumped when asked what they do for fun! thank you, maria, for driving home how important it is to raise our vibration. because without it, we will never truly shine.

I've come to appreciate the value of a good dance break in the middle of my work day – gets me away from the computer, shakes out any frustration, and resets the creativity, especially when I shake the ol' 2nd chakra! The other thing I've noticed is that it brings in an element of celebration, I mean, why wait until the project is done to go out and dance?
