Complete Your Balance: Your deposit secures your place. The remaining balance is due by July 31, 2026. You’ll receive gentle reminders and payment guidance along the way.

What’s Not Included:

  • International flights to and from Cairo, Egypt (CAI)
  • Travel Insurance  (required)
  • Personal expenses, souvenirs, or meals outside the included itinerary.
  • Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks (available for purchase during the trip).
  • $100USD gratuity per person for our major guides to be paid in cash during the trip.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change.  To honour the commitments made for this sacred journey, the following cancellation policy is in place:

Deposit:

  • $100 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

Cancellations:

  • Between April 1 2026 to June 1, 2026: Loss of 50% of the total trip price.
  • Between June 2 to September 8, 2026: Loss of 75% of the total trip price.
  • After September 9, 2026 or no shows: No refunds will be issued and 100% of the trip cost will be forfeited.

Trip Cancellation by Host:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum number of participants.
  • In this case, you will be refunded in full. 

Travel Insurance (REQUIRED): 

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for this journey. We recommend policies that include:  Trip cancellation, Medical coverage, Emeregency evacuation

Special Note: 

If we find that the trip is not a suitable energetic match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation in which case all payments will be refunded in full.
