SPIRITUAL GROWTH COACHING

This is a highly supportive, 3-month container for women who want deep, steady guidance as they expand, without losing themselves in the process.

I work with a maximum of three women at any one time.
This allows for real presence, attunement, and responsiveness, not just scheduled sessions, but ongoing support as life and decisions unfold.

This is the kind of support I once needed myself while expanding, close, grounded, and available.

Our work together focuses on helping you:

EGYPT SACRED SOUL JOURNEY

This is not a retreat you attend.
It’s a journey you enter.

In 2026, I’m guiding a small group of women to Egypt, a land that holds some of the oldest wisdom on embodiment, energy, and remembrance.

This journey is designed for women who feel called to step out of daily life and into sacred space, not to escape, but to reconnect more deeply with themselves.

Through ritual, ceremony, and time spent on ancient land, we create the conditions for:

• Deep self-connection and inner listening

• Healing that unfolds naturally, without force

• A sense of renewal that comes from remembering who you are

• Greater clarity and alignment to bring home with you

You won’t return as someone new.
You’ll return more fully yourself, steadier, clearer, and deeply resourced.

MYSTERY SCHOOL

The Sacred Mystery School

A 12-Week Journey | Aligned with Solstice & Equinox

The Sacred Mystery School is an intimate, 12-week journey for women who feel called to reconnect with their inner wisdom and live in deeper alignment with their soul.

Each cycle begins and ends with a cosmic threshold Equinox to Solstice, Solstice to Equinox, allowing the work to unfold in rhythm with universal energies rather than artificial timelines.

This is not a course you complete.
It’s a relationship you develop, with yourself, with the unseen, and with how you move through the world.

Blending ancient teachings with grounded spiritual practice, the Mystery School offers a layered, embodied approach to healing, self-discovery, and integration. The work is intimate, reflective, and deeply personal — while being held within a small, supportive group.

I work with maximum of six women per cycle.

This allows the space to remain rich, responsive, and relational, where each woman’s journey is honoured individually, and the group itself becomes a powerful mirror.

Within the Mystery School, you’ll explore:

These monthly circles offer a steady, supportive space where spiritual development meets real-life application.

They’re designed for women who want to stay connected to their inner wisdom while navigating work, leadership, and personal growth, without separating the spiritual from the practical.

Each gathering blends ancient wisdom, embodied practices, and grounded tools within a like-minded, nurturing community. The intention isn’t to push growth, but to support consistency, clarity, and self-trust over time.

Within the circles, you’ll be supported to:

• Gain clarity and confidence when navigating challenges

• Integrate spiritual principles into daily life and business

• Release limiting beliefs that quietly shape your decisions

• Stay connected to your inner wisdom through shared reflection

Each Circle includes teaching, guided meditation, ritual, and practical takeaways, so what’s explored in circle can be lived and integrated beyond it.

Intention Candles

These are not decorative candles.
They are ritual objects, pieces of light created with intention, devotion, and care.

Each candle is made by hand, poured and channelled by me, and created to support a specific intention, offering a steady focal point for prayer, reflection, and inner alignment.

They are designed to support intentions such as:

• Manifesting abundance and success

• Aligning with your highest purpose

• Restoring balance and clarity

• Empowering your personal journey

• Supporting growth and evolution

• Inviting vitality, joy, and renewal

• Igniting passion and creative fire

These candles are companions, for intention setting, meditation, or creating a sacred space in your home or work. They are not about forcing outcomes, but about creating a moment of presence where something true can be named and tended.

When I first channelled these candles, my intention was to create a simple ritual tool, something that could sit on an altar, be lit with care, and carry light into the world.

I make each candle myself.
I pour them slowly, intentionally, and with reverence.

My hope has been to place 1,000 candles into the world, small points of light, each holding a personal intention.

So far, over 250 candles have found their way into homes, practices, and lives and the stories, blessings, and quiet moments they’ve been part of continue to humble me.

These candles are close to my heart.
I love making them.
And I offer them as a simple, sacred support for your own journey.
