In a world that often glorifies productivity and strategy, there’s a quieter trio that, when activated, can change how we lead, live and love: Imagination, Intuition and Intention – the 3 “I”s of inner power.  These aren’t just spiritual buzzwords.  They are tools, pathways and practices that help us navigate life with clarity and authenticity. Let’s break each one down – with real-world examples to show how they work.

1. Imagination: Seeing What Doesn’t Yet Exist

Imagination isn’t just for artisits or children.  It’s a powerful force that allows us to pre-live experiences, design outcomes and access possibilities.

Real-life example:

Emma, a small business owner was feeling stuck. Her marketing had plateaued and she felt uninspired. Instead of pushing harder, she took a walk, notebook in hand, and asked herself: “If I could create anything right now, what would it be?”

She let her imagination wander – no limits.  That afternoon she sketched out a new offering that combined her love of sound healing with her background in corporate leadership. The hybrid program went on to become her most successful offering.

The benefit:

Imagination expands our field of potential. It takes us out of problem-solving mode and into possibility-creating mode. And that shift alone is magnetic.

2. Intuition: Listening to the Quiet Yes (or No)

Intuition is our internal compass. It’s not loud, but it’s clear – and it’s often the first thing we override when fear or logic take over.

Real-life example:

Daniel had two job offers. One had a better salary. The other felt right – even through it didn’t make sense on paper. His body felt lighter when he thought about it. He couldn’t explain it, but trusted the pull.  A year later, the company that “felt right” promoted him into a leadership role that didn’t even exist when he was hired.

The benefit:

Intuition bypasses ego and connects us with aligned truth.  It saves time, energy and regret. Learning to trust it means learning to trust ourselves.

3. Intention: Anchoring Energy with Purpose

Intention isn’t wishful thinking. It’s a focused decision to align your energy, actions and attention toward what matters.

Real-life example:

Jasmine began her mornings frazzled, scrolling her phone and racing into her day. One week, she made a simple shift: before touching her phone, she placed her hand on her heart and set an intention – “Today I stay grounded and open.”

She noticed her interaction softened.  She caught herself mid-reactivity. Her team even commented, “You seem calmer this week.”

The benefit:

Intention gives shapes to our energy. It focuses the mind, sets a tone and creates a subtle yet powerful ripple in how we experience life – and how others experience us.

Why These 3 “I”s Work Together

Individually, they’re powerful. Together, they’re transformational.

  • Imagination shows you what’s possible.
  • Intuition guides your next aligned step.
  • Intention holds the energy that keeps you walking forward.

In business, in relationships, in healing – this trinity grounds us in inner wisdom rather than external chaos.

Try This: A Daily “3 I” Practice

1. Imagination:

Ask yourself “What would be amazing today?”

Let yourself envision it – even for a moment.

2. Intuition:

Place your hand on your body and ask, “What do I know to be true right now?”

Listen for the whisper, not the shout.

3. Intention:

Speak or write one sentence: “Today I choose . . . “

Let it anchor your energy and set the tone.

When we activate the 3 “I”s, we stop outsourcing our power.

We remember;

We can create.

We already know.

We get to choose.

BONUS: From Inner Work to Inner Power

Is this a frequency upgrade? A heart coherence practice? A mindset tool? Actually – it’s all of the above,

When you actively engage with Imagination, Intuition and Intention, you’re not just making thoughtful choices – you’re realigning your entire energetic field.

  • Imagination raises your frequency by opening portals of possibility and creative expansion.
  • Intuition grounds you in present-moment truth and deeper self-trust.
  • Intention tunes your energy field and directs your focus with clarity and purpose.

And when you connect these practices to the heart – by breathing with presence, placing your hand on your chest, or speaking your truth aloud – you naturally activate heart coherence. That’s when your heart, brain and body begin to sync in harmony. Science calls it coherence. We call it alignment.

This isn’t just mindset work – it’s energetic recalibration.

It’s a frequency upgrade, a coherence practice and a soul-led strategy all at once.

The Power of “I”

As I wrote this, I noticed something that felt quietly profound – Each of these tools begins with “I”.

Imagination. Intuition. Intention.

That’s not just alphabetical. That’s energetic. Each of these practices begins within you.

Not in an egoic way – but in a sovereign, soul-led way.

They are reminders that you are the source of your own wisdom, alignment and magic. The path forward doesn’t begin with striving. It begins with “I”.
