And what it really means when your power and humility walk side by side.
I’ve noticed a pattern, one that comes up in me, and one that ripples through many of the healers, coaches, and creatives I work with.
It happens in that quiet moment when someone new signs up for your offering.
They don’t know you that well.
They haven’t followed you for long.
And yet, they say yes.
And what rises up inside isn’t arrogance.
It isn’t even celebration.
It’s reverence.
A humble pause.
A soft breath of “They chose to walk this path with me.”
And then the inner voice creeps in:
“Should I be more confident than this?”
“Is this a sign I’m not visible enough?”
“Why do I feel so tender instead of powerful?”
You’re Not Playing Small, You’re Holding Something Sacred
Let me say this clearly:
You are not weak for feeling humbled when someone invests in your work.
You are not undercharging simply because you care.
You are not lacking confidence just because you don’t shout.
In fact, this deep humility you feel?
It’s a marker of integrity, of how seriously you hold space, and how deeply you honour the people who say yes.
The very fact that you pause to feel the magnitude of someone joining your space is not a weakness. It’s what sets you apart in a world full of noise.
Visibility Doesn’t Mean Performing Confidence
Many soul-led practitioners resist being “seen” because the world has taught us that visibility means self-promotion.
That it requires being polished.
Loud.
Always sure of ourselves.
But what if visibility didn’t mean shouting over the crowd?
What if visibility meant being witnessed in your wholeness, your softness, your strength, your sacred offering?
The truth is, your people are not looking for perfection. They’re not looking for a guru.
They’re looking for someone who can hold space because they’ve walked it. Because they’ve felt it. Because they care.
And you do.
When Money Meets Meaning
For many healers, receiving money, especially from new clients, can bring up discomfort.
“Is it okay to receive if they don’t know me well?”
“What if they trust me more than I trust myself?”
“What if I feel more honoured than confident?”
Let me offer this:
The moment someone says yes to your offering, they’re not just investing in you.
They’re investing in the frequency you hold.
The container you’ve created.
The energetic signature of your soul work.
And yes, they’re investing in your capacity to walk with them, with humility and steadiness.
Being paid for that is not something to shrink from.
It’s something to honour.
Because when money flows through integrity, through right relationship, through aligned service, it becomes a blessing.
A resource.
A ripple.
Humility Is Not the Opposite of Power
This is the core of what I want you to hear:
Your humility does not cancel out your power.
Your reverence does not mean you’re unsure.
Your tenderness is not the opposite of leadership.
When held well, humility and power walk hand in hand.
It is because you feel the sacredness of your work that you are trustworthy.
It is because you don’t rush to dominate the space that your voice resonates so deeply.
It is because you see your work as service that people are drawn to you.
This is not a brand.
This is frequency.
And it cannot be faked.
A Blessing for the Visible, Tender Leader
May you allow yourself to take up space, gently, honestly, and with presence.
May your visibility be an extension of your integrity, not a performance of confidence.
May your humility never be mistaken for doubt, and your power never be mistaken for ego.
May you trust that the ones who find you are not seeking loud, they are seeking real.
And may your platform be built not on noise, but on resonance.
You were never too small.
You were always sacred.
And your work is ready to be seen.
If this reflection spoke to something in you. If you’re holding powerful work and wondering how to be seen without losing your soul, If you’re ready to lead with both reverence and reach.
I offer 1:1 coaching for healers, creatives, and soul-led entrepreneurs who are ready to expand their visibility, deepen their integrity, and fully embody their sacred leadership.
This isn’t about louder marketing.
It’s about clearer alignment.
And claiming your place in the world without compromising your values.
